Yes. All signs include a power adapter and cable, ready to plug in and light up.

Yes, our signs are made with durable 12V LED neon flex. They can be used indoors or outdoors (though we recommend sheltered outdoor areas for longevity). And adding waterproofing to the sign.

All the signs have the option for pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backing for easy wall mounting. We also offer optional stand or hanging chain kits.

Absolutely. You can add a rotary or remote dimmer to control brightness and create the perfect vibe.

All our signs come with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

Since our signs are custom-made, we don’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a short description of the issue.

All signs are made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for production and delivery.
